Now, this has really started to annoy me the past few days. Not being able to find a group due to the new nerf and the bias views of most people who think that just because 1 ele sucks, every ele sucks!

Well let me say that Eles are not bad at all. You may be saying "it takes too long", "eles suck ass", "they all run from eles"
All wrong IMO:

1) They are not slow, from my experience as an ele farmer i have done just fine and it hasn't taken too long
2) They dont suck ass, having the ability to do high powered spells 3 times in a row (over 120 damage) does not suck.
3) 3 meteor showers in a row will maybe make then run but the knockdown effect of 3 showers is gunna do alot. They are gunna find it hard to move.

I am a Renewal Echo Nuker with these spells:

Rodgorts Invocation (Doesn't make them run, still does as much damage as meteor shower)
Fireball
Meteor
Meteor Shower (They wont be able to get up on most cases if there are 3 barrages in a row)
Glyph of Renewal
Fire Attune
Arcane Echo
Power Drain

It just sucks ass that eles are singled out as being sucky builds since the new nerf. All i'm saying is that from my own personal experience and farming well we do not suck.

Unfortunaltely the cookie cutter farm builds are easier for people. People looking for those typically have done it before and can typically expect the others have as well. Lame, yes very. But it does make building the group easier. I am not fond of the cookie cutter farm teams cause they get soo boring so quickly. I soon find myself sympathizing with the substandard wages farming drones plugging away in some far away land.

The ele's benfitted from those same stereotypes prior to the nerf.

By the way, I like the horsepower of your build above alot, but wonder how you power all those fireworks (always team with a battery??).

I use a similar build to that but drop meteor and the glyph, add echo, and then add elemental attunment as your elite and you will never run out of energy. I use this build for sorrows furnace and never had problems getting into a group.

What annoys people are eles that say wait...."I have to recharge"...meanwhile the necro is saying, "hurry or my minions die!" Are you that ele?!

When solo farming, I used to use a warrior. I now use my ele because I can take down things faster with the ele build!
